Future Homes Hub Water Efficiency Report

The Future Homes Hub has released a water efficiency roadmap for the hew homes sector - Water Ready: A report to inform HM Government’s roadmap for water efficient new homes

Biodiversity net gain has launched

From 12 February, all new applications for major developments will include Biodiversity Net Gain and from 2 April this will apply to smaller sites. That means as we build the homes we need as a country we will also improve biodiversity by at least 10%.
