Braxted Park Estate Biodiversity Net Gain Showcase

Understanding what BNG looks like when it's offsite

Join Future Homes Hub, the CLA, Braxted Park Estate, Bidwells and Land App for an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to one of the UK's most ambitious and transparent Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) habitat bank schemes.

This unique event will provide developers, landowners, planners, ecologists and sustainability professionals with the opportunity to experience a live BNG project in practice — moving beyond policy and theory to understand what successful long-term delivery actually looks like on the ground.

Set within the historic Braxted Park Estate, guests will hear directly from the team delivering the scheme and explore how the estate is combining habitat creation, long-term stewardship and technology-led transparency to create a market-facing model for off-site BNG delivery.

The session will also showcase Braxted Park Estate’s exclusive collaboration with Land App, including the development of a live spatial BNG platform designed to improve visibility, confidence and marketing credentials for developers, local authorities and ecological stakeholders alike.
