Future Homes Standard: sharing learning on low carbon homes across the industry

The Future Homes Hub is working with Homes England and Arcadis to support shared learning as we all prepare to implement Future Homes Standard 2025. This is so that we can all collaborate and benefit from what the sector is collectively learning, with a central purpose to support SMEs.

As a first step, we are asking homebuilders to share information about low carbon projects that are underway that aim to meet - or demonstrate aspects of meeting - the likely requirements of the Future Homes Standard 2025.  Relevant projects can be from single homes or individual technologies, through to whole site, multi-phase developments. It is all relevant and useful information.

This short survey asks for basic data of projects so that we can develop a understanding of the scope of projects underway. Following this, we will then ask if you are happy to provide further information or be interviewed in due course. Alongside this work, Homes England and Arcadis are carrying out a smaller sample of more detailed case studies to support the scale up of the Future Homes Standard. We are therefore also looking for well suited projects for this purpose.

This survey takes a few minutes for each project, and we are very grateful for your time in completing it.

GDPR: Please note that the full information in this questionnaire will be shared with Homes England and Arcadis.  Anonymised information may be shared with Future Homes Hub members and more widely.
