Low Carbon homes: Trials and Demonstrator Map
The map below is work in progress in collecting information about the vast array of tests, trails and pilot work being undertaken by homebuilders across the country in preparation for the Future Homes Standard. The information and comments within the reports come from those who have kindly supplied the Hub with information. They have not been independently verified by the Future Homes Hub, but have been offered in the spirit of wishing to share as much as possible. The Hub is also working closely with Homes England and Arcadis who are doing deeper dives for smaller number of sites. Search by location or technology and click the icons on the map.
We are rapidly expanding both the number of sites and the detailed information available for each site, which will shortly be shared through the Hub’s member platform. You will see that we have more detailed information for some sites, for example Vistry’s Tolgus Farm site in Cornwall. Keep visiting as we develop the map.
