Lunch & Learn: Preparing for the Future Homes Standard – A Practical Guide for Sales & Marketing Teams
Date / time:
Friday, 12 September 2025 - 13:00PM - 14:00PM.
What is the webinar about?
Are you ready for the transition to all-electric homes? The Future Homes Standard (FHS) is set to redefine how we design, sell, and support buyers of new homes. This shift away from fossil fuels toward lower carbon, all-electric domestic heating is more than just a technical change — it requires a new way of thinking about the customer experience.
In this webinar, we’ll introduce a new guide designed to support sales and marketing professionals as they help buyers navigate the journey to owning a FHS home. You’ll learn how to:
Help buyers understand new technologies, including all-electric heating systems and solar panels — by embedding such messaging across the entire sales and marketing journey.
Shape buyer expectations around energy use, including how smart time-of-use tariffs, solar panels, and home batteries can work together to reduce bills and carbon impact — by ensuring sales and customer care teams use clear and consistent information.
Drawing on best practices from real-world developments, the guide offers a practical toolkit to engage, educate, and inspire the next generation of homeowners.
