Lunch & Learn: New Homes Sustainability Metrics - a common language for environmental performance.

Date / time:

Friday, 10 October 2025 - 1PM - 2PM.

What is the webinar about?

Join us for the launch of New Homes Sustainability Metrics – a common language for environmental performance, a framework designed to bring clarity, consistency, and credibility to environmental reporting across the new homes sector. Developed through collaboration between homebuilders, financial institutions, sustainability experts and government bodies, the metrics provide a simple, practical way to measure and report on five core areas: carbon, energy, water, nature, and waste.

This webinar, hosted by the Future Homes Hub and featuring speakers from the finance sector and other key stakeholders, will explore how the metrics can streamline reporting, support access to green finance, and help developers of all sizes meet rising regulatory and investor expectations. Attendees will gain first-hand insight into the rationale behind the framework, how to get started with the reporting toolkit, and opportunities to shape the next phase of sector-wide adoption.
