Charlie is Sales Director at Passiv where he is focused on helping partners deliver smarter, more efficient low-carbon heating solutions to new homes, social and private housing. Charlie has spent his career commercialising and scaling innovative home energy technology businesses, including at Powerverse, subsidiary of Lightsource BP, and at the residential energy storage business, Powervault. Charlie now works closely with housebuilders, housing associations, heat pump manufacturers, energy companies and installers to help overcome the practical and commercial challenges of delivering low-carbon heating at scale.

Paul King, Divisional Sales Manager – Residential New Build, JAGA UK
Paul is Divisional Sales Manager – Residential New Build at JAGA UK, working closely with housebuilders, developers, heat pump manufacturers and design teams as the industry prepares for the Future Homes Standard. His focus is on the practical integration of low-temperature heating and cooling within new homes, particularly the growing challenge of overheating and Part O compliance. Paul is passionate about ensuring the move to heat pumps and highly efficient homes delivers not only lower carbon emissions, but comfortable, practical homes that work for occupants all year round.
