Alongside the plenary programme, the Future Homes Conference includes two interactive breakout sessions, giving delegates the opportunity to explore the topics most relevant to their role and organisation in greater depth.
You will attend one morning breakout session and one afternoon breakout session, selected during registration.
Each breakout will feature an interactive panel discussion with expert speakers from across industry and government (speakers to be announced shortly), providing practical insights, real-world experience and the opportunity to hear different perspectives on some of the sector's most pressing challenges.
Morning breakout sessions
- New Homes Sector Transition Plan: the long-term roadmap for sustainable homes and places.
- Future Homes Standard Ready: designing for customers, de-risking delivery.
- Valuation and lending: working in partnership to capture the value of better performing homes.
- Grid connection: securing timely and efficient connection.
Afternoon breakout sessions
- Wastewater and water supply: securing timely and efficient connection.
- Preparing for a changing climate: building for hotter, drier summers.
- Design, placemaking and adoption: tools for efficiency and customer value.
