What will I learn about?

The Hub’s Future Homes Carbon Assessment Tool can be used by homebuilders, designers and sustainability professionals to quickly and consistently estimate the embodied and whole life carbon of a house or block of apartments – available to download for free here.

It incorporates the Hub’s WLC Conventions for New Homes to ensure a consistent output with other tools across the sector.

Since the launch of the Hub’s tool in May 2024, we have continued to work with users to add new functionality and improve the user experience.

As an attendee, you will learn about some of the latest functionality that is available in the tool, including:

·      Access via web browser as well as Excel add-in

·      Save and reload assessments at any point

·      Add bespoke buildups and materials data if available
